I invested a lot of time answering every single one of them and have comprised them all for you here:
What makes your program any different than the other coaching programs offered out there?
Great question and an important one.
We are considered the only Modern LO Coaching Community that preaches the “modern fundamentals” led by active top producing LO coaches.
Essentially, we fuse modern marketing (social media) with traditional selling to help you be seen, known, like and trusted.
Additionally, our self-paced eClassrooms are second-to-none in our industry, where you have hundreds of recordings to watch at your own leisure to fully crystalize our concepts.

What strategy do you have that will make us stand out and cut through the noise to get a Realtor to actually listen to us and respond?
We have multiple proven strategies. One being your ability to execute our “TCT” unique modern selling system, which stands for:

You will learn how to optimize your social profiles before effectively conversing virtually with any Realtor of your choice to drive them into one-on-one or one-to-many educational webinars.
You will learn how to be seen by thousands of Agents before and after being known, liked, and trusted.
Additionally, you will learn how to properly build rapport, discovery, close, and forever follow-up with any Realtor.
Lastly, you will learn how to also effectively network with Financial Advisors, which is an underrated acquisition channel for LOs to gain unrepresented qualified buyer leads for their Realtor partners, making you stand out.
After I build a successful company, do I become a coach on the roster?
When our modern marketing, sales and operational tactics are ingrained into your professional lifestyle and you are walking the talk with your results, you will have consideration to be paid to pay it forward, absolutely.
We are currently averaging 354 new appointments monthly, year-to-date, with new Loan Officers looking to learn more about GO!, so as we grow, we will need our students to grow into Coaches.
How much time do I need to invest each week to see results?
Hmmm, that is a loaded question…you can answer that one.
You can trust us that the work works, we need to trust you to do the required work, but you will not see lasting results until you have committed a minimum of a year.
Frankly, this is a lifelong commitment, but with 2-3 hours working ON the business (studying our concepts) and then putting in 20+ hours weekly on the required activity, you will see massive results in 90 days.
Can I apply these strategies if I’m just starting out, or is this more for experienced loan officers?
A majority of our strategies can be deployed in almost any industry.
And newer licensed LOs should be coached immediately to not learn bad habits.
Do you offer any guarantees on the success of the program?
Yes, look at the production of all our coaches.
The only risk is you, the student, from either committing to the proven tactics week over week, or being a continued excuse maker that doesn’t meet his/her potential.
Just keeping it 100% real.
We have nothing to prove, but here to improve the ones that are willing.
How quickly can I expect to see an increase in my closing rates after joining the program?
Within 90 days your lead count will double, if you commit to the required tactics.
Will I have access to personalized one-on-one coaching, or is it all group sessions?
Our Level One Foundations community is only group coaching, but many deserving community members there are granted 1:1s when needed.
Our Level 2, 3, and 4 communities all have 1:1 coaching.
What kind of support system is in place if I encounter challenges while implementing the strategies?
Full support, our community is your competitive advantage.
What kind of networking opportunities will I have with other top-performing loan officers in the program?
Our virtual community is vibrant, and we host frequent in-person “GO! Meet Ups” in various cities across the country throughout year along with our two major in-person events in April and October (GrowthCon).
