The 5-step system you should apply to anything in business >>>

I know I preach about having dialed-in systems and proven processes for various verticals in the LO business…

And I really do, don’t get me wrong.

But I also have a 5-step system that can encompass multiple aspects.

It works for closing deals.

It works for client acquisition.

It works for expanding your network.

Hell it can even work for dating if you apply it the right way.

But in the context of our LO Launch Letter, it’s helped my companies close over $100M in sales.

And I’m gonna let you steal it from me today for free.

You ready?

Step 1: Contact

Reaching out is the first step.

Identify where your ideal audience spends their time online.

Engage with their content, and when the moment feels right, send a friendly direct message. Maybe like a few posts, comment on a few stories, then slide into the DM.

The key here is to make massive contact in mult-channeled ways (call, email, DM, snailmail, etc).

And quantifiably: there has to be 30x POCs (points-of-contact) daily.

Now if you’re eager to move things along, don’t hesitate to reach out immediately.

Step 2: Rapport

Building a connection is crucial.

Start with a genuine compliment and engage in a meaningful conversation.

This helps ease any tension and paves the way for a smoother closing process.

However, don’t linger too long—once you’ve established a good rapport, transition to the next step.

Remember, the best rapport builders get past surface level talk:

Level 1: news, weather, sports.

Level 2: friends, family, work

Level 3: pains

Nobody wants to be pen pals and have fake friend zone conversations in business conversations.

Step 3: Discovery

This step is the cornerstone of the formula.

Dedicate a significant portion of your time here.

Ask insightful questions to understand their needs, desires, and pain points.

Always start with people’s starting point, their origin story, this is where you learn about their professional journey. Everybody has an invincible sign around their neck that says: “make me feel important”

This information is invaluable as you move forward.

Step 4: Close

Be honest about your capabilities.

If you can’t help someone, let them know ASAP.

If you can, use the insights gathered during discovery to present your solution.

Approach this with preparation, authenticity, and confidence.

Ask for what you want clearly and concisely.

“...do you have any reservations in referring me your next buyer?”

Step 5: Flow

The relationship doesn’t end after the sale – if you operate like that, you’re in big trouble.

It’s about entering the “Flow Stage” which is essentially when you follow up forever.

Keep in touch without being pushy.

Regularly check in to stay top of mind and maintain trust.

Flow is forever follow up.

See all of the above? Simplicity and intent are key here.

No tricks, no gimmicks.

It’s the KISS method, if you will… “Keep It Simple Stupid”.

Adapt this formula to suit your goals and execute it consistently.

Mastery comes with practice.

I hope you find this 5-step formula as beneficial as I have.

Implement it, refine it, and watch your results LAUNCH 🚀🚀🚀
