Business is slow? Do THIS >>>

Time for a little reality check.

It takes double the effort right now to get a quarter of the results.

Everyone’s feeling it – even me.

This summer, I was struggling to crack 40 leads a month, and I’m usually a “50 leads with my eyes closed” type of guy. 

But the fact is, June through September is always slow.

 

And in this market, even slower.

I’m NOT gonna sell you on some business hack that’s going to cheat the system and make you an overnight millionaire. 

I know that’s what you may want, believe me I wish I could give it to you.  

But what I will give you is a little perspective.

First of all, it’s on you to manage your expectations.

Managed expectations = mitigated frustrations. 

Heavy on the “mitigated”, because you’re only human and it’s inevitable to get a little flustered every now and then.

Second of all, you’ll need to develop a strong relationship with faith and fear. 

Have faith that “this too shall pass”.

Down markets always feel a lot longer than they really are when we’re in it.  

IS > Was

“IS” is always going to be greater than “WAS”. 

Our great industry forces us to reset. 

I don’t care anymore about 2019 or 2021.

Getting nostalgic about past markets that had better conditions gets you nowhere. 

Your energy is better spent positioning yourself to crush it in 2025.

Working in the days, thinking in the decades. 

Maybe that means cutting your expenses, living below your means, doing as many loans as possible, making yourself known to people so when the time comes…

Leads are falling onto your lap.  

Right now, it’s just a battle of who is going to be able to survive this era.

And good news is, 2025 is going to be here before we know it. 

So in the meantime, while I haven’t been getting the results I want…

I’ve been tightening up my database. 

I’ve been building up my modern Tech Stack.

I’ve been growing my market share of 500+ Realtors. 

I’ve been creating content daily to be visible everywhere. 

And when the market turns, I'll be getting 100+ leads again monthly without fail.
